Rodent Pests

Mice

Although they might be cute, mice can be quite destructive and are capable of transmitting disease, the deer mouse being primarily responsible for transmitting the hantavirus to people, these small rodents use no discretion when getting rid of their bodily waste… dropping between 40-100 fecal pellets a day, and male mice constantly releasing drops of urine to mark their territory.

These are definitely unwanted house guests, and being able to squeeze through a hole as small as a dime makes it very difficult to seal them out of your home or business. Females are able to breed at 2 months old and have up to 12 babies every 3 weeks; one female can have as many as 150 offspring in a single year!

Mouse
We offer 2 approaches to controlling mice, a basic service consisting of baiting the interior of the structure, and inspecting for obvious points of entry, which includes a 3 month warranty.

The second being a proactive program consisting of interior and exterior baiting, these bait stations are pet and child resistant and are placed in safe, discreet areas and must be serviced at least twice a year, during Spring and Fall. Feeding the mice outside is very effective at preventing them from gaining entry into your home or business, solving the problem before it happens! This program includes a 1 year warranty which can be renewed annually!

Rats

The Norway Rat is a large, brown and sometimes dark grey rodent, capable of reaching a weight of over 18 oz, and a body length of over 15 inches, and is known to transmit disease. These invasive pests are extremely resourceful and found on every continent, with the exception of Antarctica. Their ability to burrow makes them very destructive to have on your property, as they construct extensive tunnel systems not only to build their nests but also to store food that they have collected, which consists of a wide variety of foods, as these rodents are omnivorous and highly opportunistic. Not only can they burrow but they are also skilled climbers, and able to chew through a variety of building materials, often infesting attics, walls, and crawlspaces.
Dead Rat
These behaviours combined with the ability to rapidly reproduce, makes them a very prolific and unpleasant pest. Females are capable of having 22 offspring in a single litter, and up to 12 litters a year! Even just one or two rats can quickly become a serious problem. Using a combination of traps, exclusion, and rodenticide baits both indoors and outdoors we can quickly eliminate the rat population. We also offer exterior rodent baiting programs, by installing exterior bait stations which are serviced a minimum of 4 times a year, we can prevent rats from returning and re-infesting your property. Our rodent control programs include a 1 year warranty!

Service: Bed Bug Removal

Personally the only number i'll ever use again for my pest problems. His knowledge and professional approach was remarkable. He explained the process and what i could expect. He treated the house and said he would be back in two weeks for a follow-up. I'm sure the chemicals he used were just as dangerous but the off gases sure were not as bad. Several months later I'm still bug free. Thanks Jon! Great Job and I'm not broke this time either. - Karl Gleason
